The Mindful Movement practice incorporates subtle movements and breath techniques coupled with mindful awareness. The class is a slow paced and gentle experience allowing space for new perceptions of the self and the reorganization at a physical, mental and emotional level. This embodied practice can be an empowering practice leading the one to experience greater function and potentiality. It is accessible to all.

Does balance seem elusive? Do you feel disconnected? Is your mind busy or do you feel unable to move forward? Often, we are looking to serve and to help ourselves and others but we get lost in that dance of life and service as well as the constant swirl of change surrounding us. It can feel uncomfortable in the body and mind.
We will take time to reconnect throughout this 4 week series. We are not in a rush. It is a mindful movement/yoga group class with the focus on the connection of the mental, emotional, energetic and physical body. You are important, vital and you are amazing. Take the time to gather and refocus your energy and emotions and reconnect with the fantastic you.
All levels of experience welcome.
This series will be held via the Zoom online meeting platform. You will receive a unique meeting link with instructions to your email address prior to class start.
