Nighty Night Relaxation

The 30 minute Nighty Night Practice was developed to aid the practionaire in descending into a peaceful calm state allowing a deep and restful sleep.

Sleep is a key component to our health and practicing relaxation techniques to improve our quality of restorative sleep is vital.

For the practice ensure that you are entirely comfortable and warm and that you are in a reclined position.
