Join a 6 week group meditation course which are designed to be accessible to both beginners to the practice and experienced meditators looking to hone their skills and spend time with others. If you are looking to continue to deepen your knowledge, each series has a new focus. This is a course where we learn concepts, we learn to meditate and most importantly, we practice. It is a place to learn, and enrich your lived experience.

Tools to Mitigate the effects of Stress

Living with stress, physical tension and anxiety can negatively influence all aspects of our life. Excessive or unmanaged stress can lead to poor concentration, irritability, poor sleep and health concerns.

This workshop will provide a comfortable space to learn about stress and to explore movement, your environment, relaxation, breath, and concentration techniques. These tools can help support the body and mind and help you move towards an improved mental, emotional and physical experience.

New and experienced meditators are welcome to join this 6 week workshop to practice and learn tools to improve daily living.

Every Tuesday and most Thursdays in March I am holding drop-in community meditation classes. These are dedicated solely to give you the opportunity to practice and unwind with the support and guidance of an experienced meditation teacher. We have a wonderful group who welcomes the tentative, the inquisitive, and the experienced meditators. All will find a tranquil place to experience stillness, calm, and the ability to focus the busy mind.

This course explores meditation and yoga theory, including the preparations and techniques which support a successful meditation practice. Developing appropriate techniques to sustain a personal meditation practice will be central to the course. You will also gain the knowledge and skills to incorporate meditation in a class setting.

The training approaches meditation in a practical way supported by the foundational concepts from the yoga texts and methods.

Kimberly offers module training for certification courses and is accredited through Yoga Alliance. To have Kimberly teach at your site contact her directly.


Kimberly teaches meditation courses and yoga at corporate sites and sports groups. She also works privately with individuals to develop an individual meditation and yoga practice.  These trainings are held on site and in studio.
