Santosha – The Experience of Contentment 

 The concept of contentment is found throughout the texts of yoga. It is defined as a state of evenness toward both hardship and ease. The 2000+ year Yoga Sutra sees contentment as a practice (self discipline) that leads to joy. Join in for this practice toward evenness and greater joy.

Meditation for Beginners

Think you can’t meditate or are you new(er) to the practice? This 4 week course is developed just for you. Throughout this course, we will explore simple and accessible ways to practice so you can begin to reap the physical, emotional and mental rewards of meditation. 

This series will be held via the Zoom online meeting platform. You will receive a unique meeting link with instructions to your email address prior to class start.
