TOOLS TO QUIET THE FEELINGS OF STRESS

Stress can be loud. It can even be all pervading throughout our days.
 
In this 6 week series, we will practice techniques to help bring awareness and understanding to the experience of stress and most importantly, we will employ the tools found in yoga to lessen their hold.
 
There will be optional practices offered for you to undertake between classes to reinforce the benefits of the practices.
 
All are welcome!
 
This series will be held via the Zoom online meeting platform. You will receive a unique meeting link with instructions to your email address prior to class start.

MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS

Think you can’t meditate or are you new(er) to the practice? This 4 week course is developed just for you. Throughout this course, we will explore simple and accessible ways to practice so you can begin to reap the physical, emotional and mental rewards of meditation.
