Fall Meditation Series 

Meditation for Beginners (4 weeks)

Think you can’t meditate or are you new to the practice. This 4 week course is developed just for you. Throughout this course, we will explore simple and accessible ways to practice so you can begin to reap the physical, emotional and mental rewards of meditation.

Meditation Series (6 weeks)

Join Kimberly in a 6 week relaxation and meditation practice to bring about awareness and acceptance of our feelings and sensations. These meditations will help find greater evenness and stability in the uncertainty of the time we find ourselves in.

Summer Mediation Series


Reconnecting with self through the 5 elements

Living in greater connection to self and the environment is a focus of this meditation series. Join Kimberly for an embodied experience through the classical elements of nature. In this 5 week meditation series we will use relaxation, breath and meditation practices to explore the five elements (Mahabhuta) of earth, water, fire, air, and ether. All levels of experience welcome.

Dates: Tuesdays, July 14th to August 11th, 2020, 5 weeks
