Kimberly Mantas loves to share the many tools of yoga to improve lives through specialty workshops & series, teacher training and individual sessions. She uses the yoga techniques of breath, movement and stillness as the pathway for the achievement of client and student goals and desires. Kimberly uses classical yoga as her basis to help move clients and students out of pain, to increase mobility, and to achieve a positive, strong, calm mind. She focuses her practice on healing, and the “unfoldment” and acknowledgement of self.
Kimberly is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) with the International Association of the Yoga Therapists and is a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT 500 and a YACEP provider of Hatha, Meditation, Yoga Theory, Ayurveda and Restorative yoga.
A former competitive athlete, fitness instructor, corporate and marketing manager, Kimberly came to yoga over 20 years ago to help herself with pain from sports injury and illness. She brings compassion, humour, and experience to her clients’ needs and challenges.
