Welcome! I am Kimberly Mantas and I am not a front line health care worker but I do have a different and very useful skill set. See, I am a yoga therapist and a yoga and meditation teacher. Providing a space to become more embodied, and centred is what I love to do for myself and others. Yoga encompasses a large variety of tools that have the ability to help us regulate our internal world and it is my driving purpose for provide these tools for those who need or want to feel calmer, energized and whole. The free online live yoga classes are available to you and those you love during the weekdays. I hope we can connect soon!

Each week, an email with all the connection details is sent with the schedule for the next week of free yoga. Register here, to receive all the connection information. Where: You can be anywhere in the world! Through your computer, smart phone in the comfort of your own space through Zoom. Make sure to download and check that the connection is working for you. If you have questions, let me know. Come online into the “waiting room” about 5 minutes early to make sure you are able to start on time.

Cost: The group online yoga is free with the exception of the 6 week series and yoga therapy. I am doing this to help keep us connected, moving and calm. If you have a stable income, I am accepting money that will go my local Foodbank. Please do not feel obligated as many of us are out of work or we are concerned about our future. The most important thing is that you join in. 100% of what is donated is transferred to the foodbank at the end of the month.

Responsibility: Many options will be provided in the classes. You are responsible to listen to what the body can do and needs at the moment and stay within that safe boundary. Yoga is about awareness and that is key part of the practice.
